WhereTo: Restaurant recommendations from friends

Fall 2021 — React Native app

This was a simple app designed to aggregate restaurant recommendations from friends. Similar to the Google Maps list feature, users can create lists of places they recommended, share their lists with friends, and browse their friends’ lists. In the app, I focused on reducing a lot of the user friction involved in making and sharing a Google Maps list - any operation (whether sharing a list, switching lists, or updating a list) required a most a few taps to complete.
